Herbal Lullaby was founded by owners Maiya Hayes, Beverly Johnson, and Brandon Bullock. The owners were born and raised in Portsmouth, Virginia. The trio have been good friends for over 10 years. Beverly, the production manager, enjoys creating different handmade crafts ranging from jewelry to stuffed animals. Maiya serves as both the business administrator and the experienced herbalist. As the graphic designer, Brandon helps provide the look of the company. He has a background in marketing and intends to use his knowledge to create a unique brand for Herbal Lullaby.

The purpose of Herbal Lullaby is to introduce a culture that embraces tranquility through means of both agriculture and art. We understand that self-care is vital to the growth of all individuals. The art Herbal Lullaby provides combines both metaphysical and afro-centric subject matters. Herbal Lullaby will feature a unique culture centered around its agriculture and metaphysical nature, one that would be recognizable outside of the store.
